 Rotisserie Lamb—The Greeks have perfected the art of preparing lamb. Slowly rotisseried to perfection over wood coals, it is delicately spiced and served in naturally succulent juices.  Dinner includes Greek rice filaf, Greek-style salad, and a crusty dinner roll.

Greek Chicken—Truly the world’s BEST rotisserie half chicken!  This culinary poultry delight is marinated with only the best of Grecian herbs and is sure to tantalize your taste buds!  Above includes Greek rice pilaf, Greek-style salad, and a crusty dinner roll.

 Pastichio—A lasagna style Greek pasta dish with layers of noodles, grated  cheese, meat sauce and topped with a Bechamel cream sauce.  Dinner includes Greek rice pilaf, Greek style salad, and a crusty dinner roll.

 Dolmathes—A combination of fresh ground beef and rice specially seasoned with herbs and wrapped in tender, hand-picked grapevine leaves.

 Spanakopita—Delicate layers of pastry brushed with butter and filled with tender spinach and feta cheese.

 Rice Pilaf—Fluffy grains of rice simmered in savory chicken broth.

Greek Salad—Fresh garden vegetables seasoned with feta cheese and our own special dressing 

Feta Cheese & Olives—Just the right appetizer to round out your dinner.

Outside Booths

 Gyros—a traditional Greek favorite made with a tasty blend of beef and lamb sliced & served in a pita bread topped with refreshing tsatziki (cucumber/yogurt) sauce.

 Souvlaki—(Shish Kabob) delightfully marinated  pork tenderloin cooked on an open grill and served on a pita bread topped with fresh tomatoes and onions.

 Hot Dog—An American favorite.

 Saganaki—Flaming cheese served with fresh, crusty bread.

 Loukoumathes—Fresh, hot honey puffs prepared before your eyes and dipped in warm honey syrup, then sprinkled with cinnamon.  Look for the Loukoumathes tent.

 Kafenion—Greek Coffee, (strong espresso-like), and iced cold Frappe Coffee drinks are available

Greek Pastries

 Baklava—Layers of thin filo and walnuts.  Covered with delicious honey syrup.

 Galatoboureko—Filo pastry with delicious Custard filling and covered

 Kataifi—Shredded wheat rolled with walnuts and honey.

 Kourambiethes—Butter cookies topped with powdered sugar.

 Other Pastries—Melomacarona, thiples, cookies and many other delectable concoctions can be found inside.
